Every shirt is printed to order by our print partner. Orders are printed in 2–5 business days, then shipped with tracking. US shipping is $4.95 flat (express $9.99), Canada $8.59, and other countries $12.49. Questions? hello@ferdahockey.com

Every Ferda shirt is printed to order, just for you. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the fit notes and size guide on each product page before ordering.

Misprinted, damaged or wrong item? We'll make it right. Email hello@ferdahockey.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full. No need to send the item back.

Lost package? If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email us and we'll sort it out.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
